Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and JRICKSS Financial LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Klikzo," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the Klikzo website (klikzo.io), mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, clicking "I agree," or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are not barred from receiving the Service under any applicable law.
3. Accounts
3.1 Registration
You must provide a valid email address, a valid mobile phone number, and a secure password to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
3.2 Account security
Notify us immediately at security@klikzo.io of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account use that results from your failure to safeguard credentials.
3.3 One account per person
You may not create multiple accounts, share credentials, or transfer your account to another person without our written consent.
4. The Service
4.1 What Klikzo does
Klikzo provides automation tools that allow users to record, schedule, and replay touch interactions ("taps") on their own devices. Klikzo is designed for personal productivity, accessibility, quality assurance, and lawful automation.
4.2 Beta features
Features labeled "Beta," "Preview," or "Experimental" are provided as-is and may be changed or removed without notice.
4.3 Platform dependencies
The Service depends on mobile operating systems (iOS, Android) and app stores. We do not guarantee that the Service will remain available if a platform changes its policies or technical requirements.
5. Acceptable Use
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference. You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, any third party's terms of service, any intellectual property right, or to cause harm to others.
6. Subscriptions & Billing
6.1 Free and paid tiers
Klikzo offers a free tier with limited functionality and paid subscription tiers ("Klikzo Pro" and higher). Current pricing is shown on our website and inside the app at the time of purchase.
6.2 Auto-renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You authorize us (or the app store) to charge your payment method for each renewal.
6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time in your account settings or, for app store purchases, through Apple App Store or Google Play subscription management. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.4 Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. For mobile app store purchases, refund requests must be directed to the app store that processed the payment. Direct purchases through klikzo.io may be refunded within fourteen (14) days of the initial charge if the Service has not been materially used.
6.5 Price changes
We may change subscription prices with at least thirty (30) days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of the next renewal period.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Klikzo's rights
The Service, including all software, designs, logos, trademarks, text, and graphics, is owned by JRICKSS Financial LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
7.2 Your content
You retain ownership of automations, presets, and configurations you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
7.3 Feedback
If you submit suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction and without compensation to you.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your email address, phone number, and usage data. By using the Service you consent to our Privacy Policy.
9. Communications & Marketing Consent
By creating an account you consent to receive transactional emails and SMS messages related to your account (e.g., verification, security alerts, billing). If you affirmatively opted in to marketing communications during signup, you additionally consent to receive promotional emails and SMS messages from Klikzo and JRICKSS Financial LLC, including via automated dialing systems. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT AUTOMATIONS WILL EXECUTE WITHOUT ERROR.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JRICKSS FINANCIAL LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JRICKSS Financial LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to comply with law. You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
14.2 Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of this arbitration clause by emailing legal@klikzo.io within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms.
14.3 Small claims exception
Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdiction.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least fifteen (15) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Klikzo and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Appendix A. Klikzo mobile apps (Android & iOS)
This appendix supplements the Terms above and applies specifically to the Klikzo Android auto-clicker and the Klikzo iOS tap trainer published by JRICKSS FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC. In case of conflict between the main Terms and this appendix, this appendix controls solely with respect to the mobile apps.
A.1 What the apps do · what they don't
Klikzo for Android dispatches tap gestures to coordinates you configure, using Android's public AccessibilityService dispatchGesture API. Klikzo for iOS is a tap trainer that displays interactive tap targets inside its own app window and measures your timing and accuracy. Neither app collects screen content, records video or audio, performs automation in other apps on iOS, or communicates with any backend server operated by JRICKSS.
A.2 Android Accessibility Service scope
Klikzo for Android requires the Accessibility Service permission solely to dispatch taps. The service manifest sets canRetrieveWindowContent="false", declares no window-content event types, and captures no text, view hierarchy, or content description from any other app. A persistent notification is shown whenever the service is active, and you may disable the service at any time from Settings > Accessibility > Klikzo. You agree not to enable or use the Accessibility Service permission for any purpose other than personal, non-deceptive, lawful tap automation that you have configured on a device you own or control.
A.3 iOS sandbox scope
Klikzo for iOS operates entirely within its own app sandbox and cannot observe, record, or dispatch taps in any other app. You agree not to attempt to use Klikzo for iOS to interact with any other application.
A.4 Prohibited mobile uses
In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy, you specifically agree not to use Klikzo mobile apps to: (i) click on advertisements, perform click fraud, or inflate any engagement or attribution metric; (ii) cheat in any game, competition, or rewards program; (iii) interact with any third-party service in a way that violates that service's terms; (iv) harvest data from any other application; or (v) circumvent any rate limit, anti-automation measure, or security control of any third party.
A.5 Store-specific terms
If you installed a Klikzo mobile app from the Google Play Store, your installation is additionally governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. If you installed Klikzo from the Apple App Store, your installation is additionally governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement for App Store apps (Apple EULA), and you acknowledge that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable store terms, the store terms control solely to the extent necessary for store compliance.
A.6 Device compatibility
Klikzo Android supports Android 9 (API 28) and later. Klikzo iOS supports iOS 16 and later. We may change supported OS versions in future releases without liability.
A.7 No warranty regarding third-party apps
Klikzo is a general-purpose input tool. We make no representation that Klikzo is safe, allowed, or functional in combination with any specific third-party app, game, or service. You are solely responsible for confirming that your use of Klikzo complies with the terms of service of every app you use Klikzo alongside.
