Transactional records (invoices, tax documents) may be retained for up to seven (7) years. You may request earlier deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. How we protect your information
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. However, no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
8. Your rights
8.1 Universal rights (all users)
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your account and personal information.
- Portability: request an export of your data in a common machine-readable format.

8.2 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising), the right to limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise your rights, email privacy@klikzo.io. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
8.3 EU/UK/EEA residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Our legal bases for processing are described in Section 3. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.
8.4 How to exercise your rights
Email privacy@klikzo.io with your request. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30â45 days). There is no charge for reasonable requests.
9. Children's privacy
Klikzo is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@klikzo.io and we will delete it promptly.
10. International data transfers
Klikzo is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the United States. When transferring data out of the EU/UK/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved transfer mechanism.
11. Third-party services & links
Klikzo may contain links to third-party websites, including our affiliate partners through CJ Affiliate. Their privacy practices are not governed by this Policy. Review their privacy notices before sharing information.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least fifteen (15) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

14. Klikzo mobile apps (Android & iOS)
The Klikzo mobile applications ("Klikzo for Android" and "Klikzo for iOS") are designed to collect zero personal data. This section describes, clause by clause, what the mobile apps do and do not do with any information that passes through them.
14.1 What we do NOT do
The Klikzo mobile apps do NOT:
- Collect your name, email, phone number, or any identifier.
- Collect your IP address, advertising ID, IDFA, or device fingerprint.
- Record screen content, screenshots, keystrokes, or audio.
- Read, log, or transmit the contents of other applications on your device.
- Upload tap patterns, presets, training sessions, or usage statistics to any server.
- Contain any third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, or attribution tools.
- Contain any network code in the app binary at all.
We can make this last claim because it is a structural property of the app, not a policy choice. Open the Klikzo APK or IPA in any binary inspection tool; you will not find a network library linked in.
14.2 On-device data
The apps store a small amount of information on your device and only on your device:
Android (Klikzo v1.0 for Android):
- Your selected tap interval (a single integer, in milliseconds).
- A flag indicating whether the Accessibility Service is currently running.
iOS (Klikzo v1.0 for iOS):
- Your most recent training session data (tap timestamps, score) stored in iOS UserDefaults within the app sandbox.
- Your BPM preference for the Rhythm tab.
None of this is backed up to iCloud or Google backup unless you explicitly enable device-wide backup in system settings. We do not have, and will never have, any ability to read it.
14.3 Android Accessibility Service
Klikzo for Android requests the Accessibility Service permission solely to dispatch tap gestures to the location and interval you configure. Klikzo does NOT enable the following Accessibility Service capabilities, even though Android would allow it:
canRetrieveWindowContentis set tofalseinklikzo_accessibility_config.xml.- No window-content events are ever read.
- No text, content description, or view hierarchy is captured.
When the Accessibility Service is active, Android displays a persistent notification from Klikzo, which you can tap at any time to open the app and stop the service. You can also disable the service entirely at any time from Settings > Accessibility > Klikzo.
14.4 iOS sandbox
Klikzo for iOS is a tap trainer, not an automation tool. It operates entirely within its own app window. iOS's sandbox architecture prevents any app, including Klikzo, from observing, recording, or dispatching taps in any other app. Nothing you see in Klikzo iOS leaves Klikzo iOS.
14.5 Third parties
The mobile apps do not integrate with any third-party service. There are no ad networks, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, attribution SDKs, user-ID vendors, or cloud storage providers integrated into Klikzo mobile.
14.6 Children
The Klikzo mobile apps are not directed at children under 13 and do not knowingly collect information from them. Because the apps collect no information at all, they are structurally compliant with COPPA (U.S.), GDPR-K (EU), and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code by default.
14.7 Your rights
Because we do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data, there is no data to access, correct, or delete on our servers. If you wish to clear any on-device state that Klikzo has stored, simply uninstall the app from your device.
