Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Klikzo service operated by JRICKSS Financial LLC ("Klikzo," "we," "our," "us"). It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violating this AUP is a material breach of our Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

- Infringes intellectual property, including presets that embed copyrighted assets without permission.
- Is obscene, pornographic, gratuitously violent, or otherwise harmful.
5. Age restriction
Klikzo is for users eighteen (18) years of age or older. You may not use Klikzo on behalf of, or to automate interactions with services directed at, children under 13 in a way that violates the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or similar laws in other jurisdictions.

- Klikzo cannot and does not monitor which apps you automate or the content of your automations.
- Risk of account suspension, hardware-level bans, or legal action from third-party platforms is borne entirely by you.
- Klikzo is a general-purpose tool; its availability does not constitute permission to use it on any particular platform.
7. Enforcement
