1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the Klikzo Auto-Clicker Chrome extension or accessing klikzo.io, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Klikzo is an auto-clicking tool provided as a Chrome browser extension. It automates mouse clicks at user-defined intervals. Klikzo is offered in two tiers: a Free plan with limited features and a Pro plan with full functionality.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Klikzo responsibly. You may NOT use Klikzo to:
- Violate any website's terms of service
- Engage in fraudulent clicking or ad fraud
- Manipulate voting systems, polls, or contests
- Harm, disrupt, or exploit any website or service
- Engage in any illegal activity
You are solely responsible for how you use Klikzo. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of the tool.
4. Accounts
To access Pro features, you must create an account with a valid email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your license key with others.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
The Pro plan is a recurring subscription billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@klikzo.io.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of initial purchase. No refunds are given for partial months after the first 7 days.
6. Free Plan Limitations
The Free plan is limited to 500 clicks per session, single-click mode only, and left-click only. These limits may change at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
Klikzo, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of JRICKSS Financial LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the extension.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Klikzo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will work on all websites or be free from errors. Some websites may block automated clicking.
9. Limitation of Liability
JRICKSS Financial LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Klikzo, including but not limited to account suspensions on third-party platforms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using Klikzo at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
